DescriptionA tiger, facing left and slightly forward, holds a gavial (a small Indian crocodile) in his front claws and grasps its abdomen in his jaws. The gavial's body twists to form an S-curve with the head in front and facing right. Its tail terminates just behind the tiger's shoulder. The powerful figures struggle on an oval base on which is seen vegetation in relief.On View
