DescriptionThe Madonna stands before curtain and behind low wall upon which the Infant sits. The Virgin's head and shoulders are covered by a mantle and she looks down at the Child, her fingertips held together. The Infant sits on a small rug on the wall, facing right, and looks up at the Virgin, touching her hand. In the upper left is a view of a landscape with a river, cliffs and a sky with clouds.On View
