DescriptionWhen open, the central part of this miniature triptych displays the Nativity in high relief set into a deep niche under a Northern Gothic trefoil arch. The left wing displays the Annunciation, the right wing the Presentation in the Temple, both in low relief. Below is a smaller bead-shaped triptych, the central panel of which depicts the Adoration of the Magi. The wings are two semi-circular reliefs depicting a Gothic interior. The exterior of all wings are plain. Both triptychs are supported by a late Gothic traceried frame resting upon a rectangular base.On View
