DescriptionMural of mosaic glass tesserae. Eight black figures in a landscape. Main grouping of figures is four women left to center: two seated, sewing on a patchwork quilt, and two standing, one behind the seated figures and one with her back to them. A young girl has one knee on a chair at far left. A standing woman holding a baby and a seated man with a guitar are together at right, facing center. Figures are in a frieze-like arrangement in foreground in front of a wall. Hills and setting sun are visible over the wall in the background.
