Large domed brow with a central cleft, oval shaped and deeply concave eye sockets.  The lids and brow are modeled.  There is a triangular undercut nose with shallow nostrils.  The mouth is parted with a squared protruding upper lip and full lower lip.  The cheeks are rounded and swelling with a slightly protruding chin.  There are holes drilled along the sides, two below each squared ear, one above each ear and two on top of the head.  The rear is deeply concave and squared.
